CONSTRUCTION PLANNER - MAIN CONTRACTOR - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is one of Ireland’s leading construction contractors
working on a range of projects in the Commercial, Fit Out, Residential
and Industrial sectors
A Construction Planner is required to join the team based in Dublin
The role involves the preparation of pre-tender, tender and
post-tender submission documentation such as critical path programmes,
project execution plans, flow charts and labour histograms.
The Planner assists the site management teams with the production of
comprehensive contract programmes and project schedules, along with
regular project progress reports and analysis,
the preparation of site target and look ahead programmes, as well as
reviewing and advising on subcontractor programmes and their
incorporation into the Company’s construction programme.
This is an opportunity to work with a small team of highly experienced
planners.
The successful candidate will work independently and in
multidisciplinary teams and will provide training and technical
support on the planning software and other systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have relevant engineering qualifications and at
least 5 years’ experience with a building contractor, experience
working with Asta Planning and MS Project essential.
PACKAGE
€ *k - € *k, dependent
